• Caregivers must pass our verification and background check process.

2. Using the App

• Users can search, match, and book caregivers.
• Caregivers provide services directly to users.
• SOSitter acts as a platform, not the employer of caregivers.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• Secure Processing: Payments are processed securely through the app.

• Fee Transparency: All fees are displayed before booking confirmation.

• No Refunds: All sales and bookings are final. SOSitter does not offer refunds for completed bookings, subscriptions, or service fees.

• Cancellations: Cancellations may be subject to fees (see cancellation policy in-app). 

4. Responsibilities

• Users: Provide accurate information about your child, pet, or loved one.
• Caregivers: Provide services with honesty, compassion, and professionalism.
• SOSitter: Facilitates connections but is not responsible for caregiver actions.

5. Limitations of Liability

SOSitter is a connector, not a direct care provider. We are not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from caregiver services.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Misrepresent yourself or others.
• Harass, exploit, or harm caregivers or users.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or pose risks to our community.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws.
