2. Using the App
- Users can search, match, and book caregivers.
- Caregivers provide services directly to users.
- SOSitter acts as a platform, not the employer of caregivers.
3. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through the app.
- All fees are displayed before booking confirmation.
- Cancellations may be subject to fees (see cancellation policy in-app).
4. Responsibilities
- Users: Provide accurate information about your child, pet, or loved one.
- Caregivers: Provide services with honesty, compassion, and professionalism.
- SOSitter: Facilitates connections but is not responsible for caregiver actions.
5. Limitations of Liability
SOSitter is a connector, not a direct care provider. We are not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from caregiver services.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Misrepresent yourself or others.
- Harass, exploit, or harm caregivers or users.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or pose risks to our community.
8. Governing Law
